ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5-8 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!
LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery is available for addresses within a 25-kilometer radius of our headquarters. During checkout, enter your address to see if local delivery is an option. If it doesn’t appear, it means your address is outside our local delivery area.
- Delivery Hours: Orders placed before 2 PM on business days will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be delivered the next business day.
- You will receive an email with real-time tracking information once your order is out for delivery.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: We offer flat rate shipping for ₹100 on all orders within India.
- Processing Time: Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location but generally take 5-7 business days.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
- Flat Rate Shipping: ₹100 to all locations within India.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₹2,500.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
- We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping costs.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at arbunuth@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
